Dr. Andrew D. Hall, DC

Dr. Andrew D. Hall is originally from Overland Park, KS and received his undergraduate degree at UMKC.
Prior to attending Chiropractic College, he travelled to Russia, Ireland, England, and France where he developed his deep passion for people and his desire to serve began.

Dr. Hall received his Doctorate at the world-renowned Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. While studying, he participated extensively in local and national organizations for the profession, both learning the intricacies of Chiropractic and lobbying to support proper patient care.

As a writer, he contributed to the school newspaper with a regular column that received attention from faculty, local doctors and students alike.

After Chiropractic College, Dr. Andrew Hall completed his internship in New England and then, partnering with his wife, Dr. Liisa Hall, they created Hall Family Chiropractic, with the purpose of teaching and leading families toward health and wellness.

In the 10 years that followed, they were recognized as a foundational resource for the community as they helped countless patients recover from both acute and chronic illnesses including migraines, debilitating pain, asthma, allergies, neurological tics, IBS, GERD, colitis, hearing and vision impairments, TMJ disorder, stress, joint dysfunctions of shoulder, hip, knee and extremities.

In order to be closer to family, Drs. Hall moved back to Overland Park in 2016,  where they established WellSpine KC and continue their original mission of teaching and leading their community toward health and wellness with natural Chiropractic care.

With a strong passion for athletics, Dr. Hall is dedicated to helping his patients continue to do the sports they love and athletes achieve optimal performance through better neurological and structural integrity.

Dr. Andrew has a passion for educating the community and is well-known in the area for his workshops and Lunch N’ Learns.

Dr. Hall is a member of the Massachusetts State Board Association, Kansas State Board Association, the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, and the International Chiropractic Association. A life-long learner, he is currently completing his 200-hour Diplomate in Chiropractic Pediatrics from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.

Married to Dr. Liisa Hall, they have one son named Jaxon, who has had wellness Chiropractic care since birth.

 


Dr. Liisa S. Hall

Dr. Liisa S. Hall is originally from Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. She attended Laurentian University, graduating with a Kinesiology degree with highest honors. She received the CSEP science award and gained national recognition as having the highest science grades in the country.

Dr. Liisa Hall continued her education at the world-renowned Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa where she graduated cum laude with her Doctorate degree.

It was the Science of Chiropractic that brought Dr. Hall to the profession. As a child, she suffered greatly with asthma and allergies and after healing completely from this through Chiropractic care, she began her journey of understanding how the body works, heals and what is needed for optimal health and wellness. This led her to the Philosophy of Chiropractic and is the reason she also chose to graduate with an Associates Degree in Chiropractic Philosophy.

While studying, she participated extensively in local and national organizations for the profession, both learning the intricacies of Chiropractic and lobbying to support proper patient care.

Consistently recognized for her passion to uphold the highest standard of ethics and integrity, Dr. Hall was nominated by her peers and professors to the Palmer College Board of Ethics where she served multiple terms prior to graduation.

After Chiropractic College, Dr. Liisa Hall completed her internship in New England, studying under many of the great business, technique, and thought leaders of the profession.

Partnering with her husband, Dr. Andrew Hall, they created Hall Family Chiropractic, with the purpose of teaching and leading families toward health and wellness. With a strong passion for children, Dr. Hall is dedicated to helping her young patients grow up strong and healthy despite the multiple slips, falls and other childhood traumas that can set into motion unhealthy lifelong patterns. Dr. Liisa has helped countless women conceive naturally and experience healthy pregnancies and natural births. Her techniques are both gentle and effective for obtaining and maintaining neurological and structural integrity of the body.

Dr. Liisa Hall has been active in continuing education lectures for businesses and corporations across the North Shore of Boston. Her lecture topics include the Science, Art and Philosophy of Chiropractic, Aging with health and wellness, Simplifying the Science of Nutrition, and Chiropractic care for the Pediatric Patient.

Owen Tenbrink

Owen is originally from Shawnee, Kansas and attended Kansas State University for his undergraduate degree. He graduated in the summer of 2021 and received his degree in Exercise Science. Besides living in Manhattan for four years, Owen has spent his whole life in the Johnson County area. 

Owen first met Dr. Liisa and Dr. Andrew in 2017 when their practice was still new to the area. He started getting adjustments around that time and has been a patient at WellSpine ever since. Chiropractic care has fixed many of his problems and he wanted to help others reach the same goal! Owen has a patient care background while working at The University of Kansas Health System and Providence Medical Center.

Owen is an avid sports watcher. Feel free to ask him about any sport or team and he could talk your ear off, especially Kansas City sports. Owen enjoys playing golf, hanging out with friends, and cooking delicious food.


Deborah Thompson

Patient Care SpecialistDeborah Thompson

A native Kansan, Deborah Thompson was born in western Kansas and through the years made her way through the state to the Kansas City Metro in 2018.  She has experience in many areas ranging from support staff in elementary education, healthcare and luxury goods and services.

 

Deborah is a proud mom to her two sons, Dillon and Stephen. She enjoys a variety of activities from walking, shooting pool, throwing darts and spending time with friends.
